Every panel is cut and assembled to order, so the finished width follows your opening rather than the nearest stock size. Colours are matched across a single order — if you are covering several windows, order them together so they come from the same fabric run.

Installing your shade
Every order ships with brackets, fasteners and a printed guide matched to your mount type. Most windows take under fifteen minutes with a drill, a pencil and a level.
- Check the box first. Compare the label against your order before you drill anything. If a size looks wrong, contact us — do not install it.
- Mark the bracket positions. For an inside mount, set the brackets at the top of the recess, clear of any window hardware. For an outside mount, centre the headrail over the opening.
- Drill and fix. Use the supplied plugs for drywall or go straight into timber studs where you have them.
- Clip the headrail in. Most products click into the brackets; the guide shows the release tab for removal.
- Test the travel. Run the shade fully down and fully up once to check for obstructions, then set your favourite position.

Measure the opening in three places — top, middle and bottom for width, and left, centre and right for height. Give us the smallest width and the largest height to the nearest 1/8 inch. We deduct the mounting allowance for you, so enter the true opening size rather than a pre-adjusted one.
Inside mount sits within the window recess and needs at least 3 inches of depth for most products. If your recess is shallower than that, or you have handles and cranks in the way, choose outside mount and add at least 2 inches to the width so light does not spill around the edges.
Production takes 5 to 14 business days depending on the fabric and the motor you choose, and shipping adds 3 to 7 days. You will receive a production update by email and a tracking link once your order leaves the plant.
Yes, and we would rather you did. Order free swatches of any fabric and hold them against your wall and your furniture in your own light. Samples ship free and usually arrive within a week.
Every shade carries a 3-year limited warranty covering motors, headrails, brackets and fabric defects under normal residential use. If something fails, contact us with your order number and we will repair or replace it.
Fabric and cellular shades are fine in ventilated kitchens and bathrooms. Solid wood reacts to persistent moisture, so for splash-prone or steamy rooms choose a fabric or cellular product, or allow extra clearance from the water source.
