Shipping & Delivery
Production times, delivery windows and what happens if something is delayed.
Production time
Every product is made to your measurements, so nothing ships from stock. Production takes 5 to 14 business days depending on the fabric family and whether you chose a motor. Motorised and Matter products sit at the longer end because each motor is bench-tested.
Delivery
Shipping adds 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. We ship from our production facility and hand off to a national carrier for final delivery.

Tracking
You will receive a production update when cutting begins and a tracking number when the order leaves the plant. You can also check Track My Order at any time.
Delays
Occasionally a carrier hub holds a parcel over a weekend. If tracking has not moved for five business days, contact us and we will chase it. If a parcel is lost we remake the order on priority production at no cost.
Damage in transit
Photograph the packaging and the product before installing anything, then contact us within 7 days of delivery. We replace transit damage at our cost.
International
We ship to most countries. Duties and import taxes are payable by the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Every fabric we make, cut to size and posted to you at no cost. Hold them against your wall, your sofa, your light.
