About
Our Factory
Cut to the eighth of an inch, bench-tested, and packed for export — all under one roof.
Where your shade is actually made
Our production partners have been building window treatments for more than thirty years. Fabric is cut on computer-controlled tables to your measurement, headrails are assembled and tested, and every motorised unit runs a full travel cycle before it is boxed.
Because we control production rather than reselling someone else's stock, the finished width follows your opening instead of the nearest available size. That is the whole point of made-to-measure.
Inside the plant
- Fabric inspection — every roll is checked for weave faults and colour consistency before cutting.
- CNC cutting — panels are cut to the eighth of an inch, with the mounting deduction applied automatically.
- Motor bench-testing — each motor runs a full up-and-down cycle and is checked for noise and limit accuracy.
- Quality check — hem alignment, slat level, bracket fit and stacking height, all against the order sheet.
- Export packing — headrails are braced in the carton so nothing shifts in transit.
Why we still do it this way
Off-the-shelf sizes exist because they are cheap to warehouse, not because they fit your window. A half-inch gap at the side of a blackout shade is the difference between sleeping and not sleeping. We would rather cut to order and take the extra week.
