We collect the information you give us when you place an order, request samples or contact support: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number where provided, and the measurements and product options you specify. We also collect standard technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
- To manufacture, ship and support your order
- To review your measurements before production begins
- To respond to enquiries and warranty claims
- To send marketing emails where you have opted in, which you can stop at any time
- To detect fraud and meet accounting obligations
Sharing
We share information only with the parties needed to fulfil your order: carriers, payment processors and our production facility. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart and preferences working. Analytics cookies are optional and can be declined without affecting your ability to order.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to care@norvasmart.com. We respond within 30 days.
Retention
Order records are kept for seven years to satisfy tax and warranty obligations. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw them.

Every fabric we make, cut to size and posted to you at no cost. Hold them against your wall, your sofa, your light.
