How to Install

Fifteen minutes, one drill

Every order arrives with brackets, fasteners and a printed guide matched to the product and mount type you chose. The steps below are the same ones in that guide.

Before you drill

• Open the box and check the label against your order — size, colour, control type.
• If anything looks wrong, stop and contact us. Do not install a shade you think is the wrong size.
• Run the shade up and down once on the bench to confirm the travel is clear.

Inside mount

1. Hold the headrail in the recess and mark the bracket positions at the top, clear of any window hardware.
2. Check the marks are level — a headrail out of level shows as a slanted hem on a roller.
3. Drill, insert the plugs, and screw the brackets in place.
4. Click the headrail into the brackets. You should hear a positive snap at each end.

Outside mount

1. Centre the headrail over the opening and mark through the bracket holes.
2. Fix into studs or use the supplied plugs for drywall. For very heavy products, use the studs.
3. Click the headrail in and check the overlap is even on both sides.

Motorised and battery products

1. Charge the battery fully before first use if you chose a rechargeable build.
2. Pair the remote: hold the pairing button on the headrail until the shade jogs, then press the button on the six-channel dial you want to assign.
3. Set the end limits by running the shade to the fully closed position and confirming — the guide shows the exact sequence for your motor.
4. For smart home control, add the hub first, then pair the shade to the hub, then link the hub to Apple Home, Alexa or Google Home.

Troubleshooting

• Shade will not clip in. Check the brackets are the right way round and level with each other.
• Fabric is slack or skewed. Run the shade fully down and fully up twice to let it settle.
• Motor does not respond. Charge it, then re-pair. If it still does not move, contact support — the motor is covered by the warranty.
