Track My Order
Follow your order from production through quality check to your front door.
Enter the order number from your confirmation email and we will show you exactly where your shades are.
Confirmed — we have your order and are checking the measurements against the product rules. If anything looks off, we email you before production.
In production — fabric is cut to your size, the headrail is assembled and the motor, if you chose one, is paired and bench-tested.
Quality check — the finished shade is run through a full travel cycle and inspected for weave faults, hem alignment and bracket fit.
Shipped — your tracking number is live. Delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Custom orders occasionally sit at a sorting hub over a weekend. If there has been no movement for five business days, contact us with your order number and we will chase the carrier directly.
Photograph the packaging and the product before you fit anything, then contact us within 7 days of delivery. Replacements for transit damage are made on priority production.
