Yes. Wide windows are built with split headrails so the fabric rolls evenly, and we can produce arched, angled and skylight shapes. Send us the opening details through the request-a-quote form.

Order them in one transaction so they are cut from the same fabric run. Colour can vary very slightly between runs, which is noticeable when two shades sit side by side.

Give us the true opening size. We deduct the mounting allowance ourselves — 3/16 inch from the width for an inside mount.

Contact us before production starts and we will correct the order free. After production, our measuring mistake policy remakes the shade once at 50% of the original price.

At least 3 inches for most products, measured from the glass to the front of the recess. Shallower than that, choose an outside mount.

Only for app, schedule and voice control. A remote control works on its own with no hub. If you want Apple Home, Alexa or Google Home, choose a Matter motor or add a Zigbee hub.

A built-in rechargeable battery typically runs for four to six months on normal use, and six to nine months on light use. A full charge takes about six hours.

Rechargeable and battery products keep working. Plug-in motors stop until power returns, and you can operate the shade manually if needed.

Because every product is cut to your measurements, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. Defective or damaged items are replaced under warranty, and measuring errors are remade once at 50%.
