Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you order from Norva.

Orders and acceptance
All products are made to order. An order becomes binding when we confirm it by email, which happens after our measurement review. We may decline an order where measurements appear inconsistent with the product selected.
Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax where applicable. Prices for made-to-measure products vary with size, fabric and control options.
Cancellation
You may cancel without charge before production begins. Once cutting has started, a custom product cannot be cancelled because it has been manufactured to your measurements.
Returns
Custom products cannot be returned for change of mind. Defective or incorrect items are replaced under our warranty, and measuring errors are remade once at 50% of the original price within 30 days. See Returns & Exchanges.
Warranty
Products carry a 3-year limited warranty as described in Warranty & Service.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the product supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including the cost of third-party installation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
